Gender, race, ethnicity and culture—explore how these issues overlap and intersect in the LGBTQA+ community.

Learn the politics and social construction of sexuality and sexual identities. Study the role government and legal systems play in their interactions with both the LGBTQA+ and feminist/womanist communities and gain a deeper understanding of  current social and political issues facing the many sides of the LGBTQA+ community.

Can be taken individually or as part of the LGBTQA+ Studies Certificate Program.
