Program Type

Become an ally and an advocate for those within the LGBTQA+ community.

In two 3-hour workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own equity-based action plan. You’ll select a project that relates to your area of expertise and develop an actionable plan for your organization or workplace. Projects might include a SafeZone training for employees; a Coming Out Day event; or a Transgender Day of Visibility presentation. Whatever you choose, your action plan will demonstrate new project management skills and strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Can be taken individually or as part of the LGBTQA+ Studies Certificate Program.
