All Adelphi faculty are provided with a user account (username and password) which grants access to our eCampus portal and a variety of resources including email, Moodle and more.
All faculty are issued an official Adelphi email account. Note that faculty/staff email addresses end in @adelphi.edu, whereas student addresses end in @mail.adelphi.edu.
Adelphi has a partnership with Google to provide you with access to G Suite, which includes storage on Google Drive. If you have any issues with these apps, please review Google’s Support.
Register your device with eduroam to access the wireless network at Adelphi and member campuses worldwide.
Our mobile app provides access to CLASS, Moodle, shuttle schedules, and library resources. Use your digital ID to access the fitness center.
CLASS enables instructors to access advisees’ academic records, register students on-demand, and view class rosters.
Use this advisement tool, available via eCampus, to review advisee course history, and identify courses that still need to be taken for degree requirements.
Make your syllabi available to students who aren’t enrolled in your course through Course Search. This will aid their course selection and registration decisions.
Event Listings and eCampus Banners
You can promote campus events and initiatives by listing them on the Adelphi University website. You can also choose to advertise on eCampus.
You can borrow laptops, cameras and accessories at the Help Desk.

You can email your documents to campus printers from any device. We also support Apple Airprint and Google Cloud Print.
Located on the first floor of the Swirbul Library, our studio features both large and small-scale 3D printers and workstations for scanning, editing and modeling for 3D prototypes. Consult with our staff to use in your curriculum or research.

Protect your devices and personal information from threats. You can report suspicious emails to abuse@adelphi.edu or the Help Desk, and report lost devices to Public Safety.
Apporto: Remote Lab Access to PC Software
Apporto is a web-based virtual computer lab that provides remote access for students and faculty to most software applications normally found in an on-campus computer lab or classroom.

You can download a free license of Microsoft Office by using your Adelphi email account. If you run into any issues with Office, please check out Microsoft Office Support.

Zoom allows you to remotely communicate and collaborate with your peers through live audio and video from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
Google Chat
Google Chat is a G Suite app that allows chat, one on one calls, and video conferencing within the Gmail interface to converse with others in the Adelphi Community.
