All Adelphi students are provided with a user account (username and password) which grants access to our eCampus portal and a variety of resources including email, Moodle and more.
All registered Adelphi students are assigned a Gmail account that they can continue using as alumni after commencement.
Adelphi has a partnership with Google to provide all students access to G Suite, which includes storage on Google Drive. If you run into issues, please check out Google’s Support.
Register your device with eduroam to access the wireless network at Adelphi and member campuses worldwide.
Our mobile app gives you powerful tools at your fingertips. You can view upcoming course assignments in Moodle, get around campus with an interactive map, and get important alerts and dates from the academic calendar.
For gaming and streaming devices in residence halls, use the AU wireless network with the “gopanthers” key.
CLASS enables you to register for courses, check your grades, and review your personal, academic and financial information.
Available via eCampus, this tool helps you track your course history and degree requirements. You can identify courses that still need to be taken and confirm your GPA.
Use Courses Search to browse courses for current or future semesters, learn about what courses are being offered, course times, descriptions, instructor information and more.
Event Listings and eCampus Banners
You can promote your student club or organization’s events by listing it on the Adelphi University website. You can also choose to advertise on eCampus.
You can borrow laptops, cameras and accessories at the Help Desk.

This is a self-paced guide that gives you an overview of technologies that may be used by your professor in your course study. Completing specific topics will earn you badges that appear on your Moodle profile.

Technology Competency Certificate
This certificate program provides a strong foundation for learning and working with technology.
PCounter manages each student’s printing balance in an effort to eliminate print waste at Adelphi University’s computer labs. All students can manage their print balance online.
You can email your documents to campus printers from any device. We also support Apple Airprint and Google Cloud Print.
Adelphi University residential students can get streaming movies and shows through HBO GO. We also have standard and HD channels available on residential TVs.
Residential students can connect gaming consoles and other connected devices (Chromecast, Roku, Echo, etc) through Adelphi’s network must follow our guide to ensure the best connection.

Change or reset your password. Authenticate via Microsoft by registering your phone, an alternate email account or through the PMT Registration Form.
Protect your devices and personal information from threats. You can report suspicious emails to abuse@adelphi.edu or the Help Desk, and report lost devices to Public Safety.
Apporto: Remote Lab Access to PC Software
Apporto is a web-based virtual computer lab that provides remote access for students and faculty to most software applications normally found in an on-campus computer lab or classroom.
You can download a free license of Microsoft Office by using your student email account. If you run into any issues with Office, please check out Microsoft Office Support.
As an Adelphi student, you have access to huge deals on software and accessories from Microsoft, Adobe, SPSS, VMware and many more.
Several free software applications can help you in your work or studies at Adelphi University.
Zoom allows you to remotely communicate and collaborate with your peers through live audio and video from a computer, smartphone or tablet.
Google Chat
Google Chat is a G Suite app that allows chat, one on one calls, and video conferencing within the Gmail interface to converse with others in the Adelphi Community.
