Adelphi University enters the 2026–2027 academic year with a wave of new faculty joining its colleges and schools, bringing decades of combined experience in health education, the arts, nursing, environmental policy, physician assistant studies and creative writing. Below is an introduction to this year’s class of new professors and a glimpse into their expertise and accomplishments.

Sean Culkin ’17, MS ’22, chose Adelphi because Bridges to Adelphi offered the support he needed as an autistic student.
