One of the greatest benefits of the Ruth S. Harley University Center (UC) renovation is access to state-of-the-art event and meeting rooms. Updated technology, lighting, seating and campus views provide beautiful backdrops to get-togethers of all sizes.
Thomas Dixon Lovely Ballroom
For your largest events, conferences and celebrations, the new ballroom provides a grand and welcoming setting. For sustainability, all lighting is LED, and the new lighting design allows for theatrical effects, including color-changing lights for subtle or dramatic environments. A digital projector, lecture capture and large reception space all help to create successful and exciting events.

Other Conference and Event Spaces
Seven new meeting rooms are available for student club meetings, events, gatherings and workshops. Dividing walls allow for room flexibility, allowing you to join screens for videoconferencing. Each room has digital displays outside displaying the event name and start and end times.
