Event Planning for Students, Faculty and Staff
Our facilities are available to students, faculty and staff for clubs, organizations, school and departmental events. We manage spaces in many buildings on campus including Campbell Lounge, Angello Alumni House, and Nexus Building.
You can request a space in three different ways:
- Visit our reservations coordinator at the IT Help Desk In Swirbul Library
- Email Vanessa Leander (firstname.lastname@example.org), our reservations coordinator, with the specifics of your event request
- Log into your eCampus account and utilize the “EMS Room Reservations” service to request spaces
When requesting a space, be sure to have all the information we need to ensure a quick and successful reservation process. Think about the date, time and location you would like to have your event. Also consider the expected attendance, any audio/visual equipment needs and whether or not you want to serve catered food.
