Mindfulness Living-Learning Community
An intentional space to explore mindfulness practices and build a meaningful, purposeful way of living.
The Mindful Living Learning Community is an intentional living space in Residential Hall A and a program for students who want to experience the practices and benefits of mindfulness while discovering what it means to live as a mindful citizen in the world.
Students in this community will develop habits that cultivate joy, peace, rest, and equanimity, while caring for their emotional well-being. Through hands-on mindfulness experiences, they will build a life of purpose and deepen their understanding, insight, and compassion. Students will also become active, engaged members of society, learning to create positive change through mindful living.
Apply via the Residential Communities Application to join this transformative community and begin your journey toward mindful living.
