This workshop focuses on DBT skills and will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the four DBT skills modules (Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance). 

Using the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as its foundation, this workshop addresses the nuances of disability etiquette; legal responsibility and accountability; and awareness concerns from an equity and access perspective.
