Summer Leadership Institute

The Summer Leadership Institute is a 6 week program, with one speaker per week. All sessions will be held over Zoom and be recorded. These recordings will be available for one week after the presentation for participants to view.

This cultivating experience focuses on developing the next generation of leaders through the lens of purpose, service, and sustainable impact. Grounded in the principles of purpose-driven leadership, this program challenges participants to explore their values, develop authentic leadership styles, and apply their strengths to make meaningful change within their communities and beyond.

At the end of the program, participants will reflect on LinkedIn about their experience and the knowledge gained throughout the program. The reflection will include what students have learned throughout the program.

Please complete this application by June 1, if you are interested in participating in the Summer Leadership Institute this summer. Upon completion, you will be added to the program’s Moodle page.

Program Requirements

• Participate in 6 workshops
• Submit a short evaluation for each workshop within a week
• Complete a capstone project using what you’ve learned
• Complete a post-program assessment to measure learning and satisfaction
