Welcome to Adelphi — a place where you can be you.
With small classes and a close-knit campus community, we provide an environment where you’ll get to know your professors and fellow students and receive a personalized education. Here, you’ll find a community of like-minded peers — and a campus community that’s more like a family.
Inclusion Across Adelphi
Adelphi is diverse and inclusive, creating a campus climate that is welcoming for all. At Adelphi, you can feel at home.
LGBTQ+ Events and News
Participate in the Gender and Sexuality Alliance, Coming Out Day, Pride Week, Transgender Awareness Week, and many more events with the Adelphi community.
Safe Zone Training Program
Supports students, faculty, and staff who identify as a Safe Zone advocate on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community. Through education, advocacy and awareness, they will be empowered to speak out against homophobia and heterosexism.
You can choose to update your profile to include your gender identity, pronouns and/or sexual orientation at any time through eCampus.
Use any of the 50+ all-gender restrooms on campus.
Mentoring at Adelphi
Welcome and mentor other LGBTQ+ students or find a mentor to discuss LGBTQ+ matters in a safe space.
Alumni Affinity Group
Join our LGBTQ+ and Ally Alumni Affinity Group after graduation to promote Adelphi pride and inclusion throughout the community.
Gender Inclusive Housing
Live in Gender Inclusive Housing within our residence halls. This housing option helps create an environment that acknowledges, respects, and appreciates the diversity of our student body.
