Who can participate?

Adelphi alumni from any field with 3+ years of experience. Neurodivergent and neurotypical participants are welcome. Matches are made based on career interests, and undergraduate major. We have students pursuing mentorships in all fields, including:

• Computer Science
• Communications
• Business
• Music
• Studio Art

How do I get involved?

Complete your profile, get matched with a student, Meet 8 times (virtually) between October and May, around 1 hour per meeting. With a break for the holidays.

How do I prepare?

Each session includes a short training video and guided discussion questions.
