We will work with you to ensure you receive the most aid and scholarship consideration possible.

Scholarships and grants are types of aid that do not have to be repaid. They may take the form of Adelphi University scholarships or need-based grants, federal or state grants, or outside scholarships. Application deadlines may apply to certain types of aid.

Adelphi scholarships are renewable each year for students who meet certain performance criteria. Adelphi need based grants are renewable for students who meet the FAFSA filing priority deadline of February 15 each year and who continue to demonstrate financial need.

Be sure to refer to the specific terms and conditions for each award.

Eligible students are automatically considered for most Adelphi scholarships upon acceptance. Our grants are awarded to students on the basis of financial need as determined by filing the FAFSA and other defined criteria. Except where noted, no additional application is required.

Adelphi Awards

You must complete the FAFSA in order to be considered for federal and state grants. For New York State scholarships and grants, residents must take additional application steps.
