Designed to give employees the tools, resources and support they need to take action toward reaching their wellness goals.

Our Keys to Well-Being Certificate program is focused on four keys to well-being—physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being and social well-being.

Requirements for the Program

There are two main components of this certificate program:

Self-Directed Online Learning Content

Completion of a Moodle course consisting of nine required and one elective modules. Each module contains a LinkedIn Learning video course focusing on work/life balance, physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being, or social well-being.

Please note that employees do not need to pursue the certificate program to participate in this Moodle course. However, if you wish to earn a certificate you must successfully complete both the Moodle course and the Nutrition and Health Coaching Program.

Nutrition and Health Coaching Program

The Fall 2025 group coaching program will run from late September to early December. Participants will join a small group of 10 for five virtual, one-hour sessions held every other week, led by a certified health coach.

Three time slots are available:

  1. Tuesdays: 10:00am – 11:00am
  2. Wednesdays: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
  3. Thursdays: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Due to the interactive nature of the program, sessions will not be recorded and make-up sessions cannot be offered. Prior to the start of the coaching sessions, participants will attend a one-hour introductory webinar.

Register for Nutrition and Health Coaching

This program is limited to 30 participants (3 groups of 10 participants each), and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited, and registrants who are not selected for the Spring 2025 program will be placed on a waitlist for future programs.
