Intersession Housing at Adelphi
Intersession Housing is provided only to those students who have an academic requirement, have an athletic requirement, are students working for the University (essential personnel only) or are international students who cannot travel home or make other arrangements.
How to Apply for Winter Intersession Housing
We make it easy for you to live on campus between December 18, 2025 through January 23, 2026.
Winter Housing Application
You must submit the Winter Housing Application using the Housing Self-Service tool before December 8, 2025.
Billing for Winter Housing
Charges will be added to a student’s bill at the end of winter intersession, if you need to adjust your stay, please contact the Assistant Director for your building.

The University is officially closed on December 24–31, 2025 and January 1–2, 2026.
Check-in and check-out is after 7:00pm on the day of your arrival or departure. If this is inconvenient for you, please make arrangements to check in or check out by contacting your Assistant Director at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival or departure.
