Date & Time: October 1 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Location: Ruth S. Harley University Center 113/114/115

Come join CSTEP to learn about environmental issues affecting Hispanic communities.

Over the summer and the first month of the semester, incoming first-year students researched the effects of nitrogen pollution on the environment. More often than not, these types of environmental issues tend to disproportionately affect Hispanic and Black communities.

Listen to students give presentations on their research and what eco-friendly solutions they propose to help solve these issues at large.

This event is sponsored by CSTEP, the Hispanic Serving Institution Task Force, and Dr. Ryan Wallace of the Environmental Science Department.
