Through the many months of the pandemic, I’ve continually been impressed by the resilience of our students, faculty and staff. Whether it’s engaging in new ways of teaching and learning, devising means to fulfill competing obligations at work and home, amid rapidly changing circumstances or just finding time to care for oneself—I’ve witnessed the amazing capacity of people to adapt, to avoid languishing and to thrive.
Education is at the heart of this resilience. In addition to providing valuable knowledge and skills, it cultivates the ability to continuously learn and adapt while striving to reach one’s full potential. Let’s continue to inspire one another along the way.
