Launched in August 2022, the Adelphi University One-Stop Student Services Center is committed to providing timely and courteous services to assist with financial aid, registration and graduation, your student account, payments and balance due.

Here’s What One-Stop Does:

  • Assists with your annual financial aid application (FAFSA) and supporting requirements
  • Provides an annual financial assistance plan to assist with your educational expenses, including grants and scholarships, student loans and student employment opportunities.
  • Disburses approved financial aid
  • Clarifies Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Offers Financial Aid Appeal support
  • Provides information about your student account, including charges and payments
  • Offers tuition payment and tuition insurance options
  • Offers options to make a student account payment by credit card, check or cash (by appointment)
  • Generates credit balance refunds and federal Return of Title IV refunds
  • Offers Student Account Services, including past balances due, in-house payment plans
  • Guides course scheduling and registration
  • Makes updates to your student record, including change of address and change of major
  • Processes course adds/drops and full-term withdrawals
  • Fills official and unofficial transcript requests
  • Provides graduation applications
  • Offers FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) assistance

Any member of the Adelphi Community—student, parent, family member or staff or alumni— can report a concern to One-Stop.

A representative from One-Stop will call you back within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

No, you can submit the concern or complaint anonymously. However, follow-up for anonymously submitted reports will be limited.
