If you have a concern or complaint, please make a report. We will address your concern, keep you informed about the status of your report, let you know next steps and guide you to the people and resources that can help.

Any member of the Adelphi Community—student, parent, family member or staff or alumni— can report a concern to One-Stop.

A representative from One-Stop will call you back within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

If you have an urgent issue that needs resolution, you can contact our office at 516.877.3080 or you can email One-Stop at onestop@adelphi.edu.

You can also visit the One-Stop Student Services Center in Levermore Hall, Room 8.

No, you can submit the concern or complaint anonymously. However, follow-up for anonymously submitted reports will be limited.
