To address the problem, authors Marc J. Epstein & Kristi Yuthas, interviewed measurement experts at foundations, nonprofits, and social enterprises. Their findings are summarized in a five-step process that will help nonprofit executives to gain clarity about the impacts that matter most and provide them with a roadmap for measuring and improving them.
