Today marks the 20th anniversary of the registration of the adelphi.edu domain. Initially, it was used just for the purposes of email (the first email to adelphi.edu was April 24, 1990), It wasn’t until 1996 that the website first launched, hosted off of one employee’s Mac.
We’ve come a long way since those first few dozen site pages. Today the site has information on just about everything there is to know about AU — approximately 30,000 pages of information.
