This workshop focuses on the causes and reactions to workplace burnout and stress, dealing with mental health at work, and working with difficult people.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially classified workplace burnout as an occupational phenomenon in its International Classification of Diseases.

The program further incorporates how resilience helps with managing workplace burnout and will provide tips on how to prevent it. Participants will learn to develop an action plan for dealing with burnout at their own workplace.

This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Leadership and Management Certificate program for faculty and staff.

Facilitator: Glenn Courounis
