FAQs: Responding to Discrimination and Harassment
The Prohibited Discrimination & Harassment Policy applies to all members of the Adelphi University community, including students, faculty, staff, guests and/or visitors.
Discrimination, harassment, a hostile environment (based on a protected status) and related retaliation all fall under the Prohibited Discrimination and Harassment Policy. The Policy does not cover sexual misconduct (such as sexual harassment or Title IX matters). For information on the University’s sexual misconduct policy, please refer to the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
