How Your Support Helps

  • Your contribution could help the student who, after coming out, is cut off from their family’s financial support.
  • Your support may go towards creating a one-time monetary award in recognition of an outstanding LGBTQ+ or ally student whose advocacy promotes positive change.
  • Your assistance might support future initiatives to maintain our Campus Pride Index–a national measure of inclusiveness–at 5.0. (We achieved our perfect 5.0 rating in June 2022.)

Adelphi is committed to doing more to create a campus climate that is open and welcoming to all. One new way we are proving that is with the LGBTQ+ and Allies Excellence Fund, which is being created to assist, affirm and promote the LGBTQ+ and allies community at Adelphi.
