Dr. Antony was a special education teacher and administrator before earning his doctorate and joining the faculty of the College of Education and Health Sciences. He and his colleague, Dr. Stephen Shore, are the co-authors of the book College for Students with Disabilities: We Do Belong.

Dr. Shore is an internationally recognized expert in autism and autism education, consultant, speaker and author. He has delivered more than 120 presentations in 47 countries and has written three books:

  • Beyond the Wall: Personal Experiences with Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome
  • Ask and Tell: Self-Advocacy and Disclosure for People on the Autism Spectrum
  • Understanding Autism for Dummies

Dr. Shore’s friend and colleague, the renowned autism rights activist Dr. Temple Grandin, Ph.D., has written the forward to each of his books.
