Organizational Learning Solutions

That’s why Adelphi’s College of Professional and Continuing Studies (CPCS) created Organizational Learning Solutions (OLS). Aimed at serving the learning and development needs of businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), OLS offers you four types of services and benefits that you can select from when you partner with us:
- Your employees will receive discounted tuition on select CPCS and Adelphi degree and non degree programs.
- We’ll customize programs for employee-only cohorts, based on a formal, collaborative assessment of learning and development needs of the target participants.
- Your employees can receive college credit for internal training and development programs (requires a program assessment by Adelphi faculty).
- We’ll link you to a network of expert faculty consultants from multiple disciplines who regularly work with organizations to identify problems, uncover opportunities and recommend concrete action plans.
