Join us for an interactive virtual session to learn how Adelphi’s Exercise Science program prepares you for a wide range of careers in health, fitness, and human performance. 

Adelphi’s Undergraduate Exercise Science Virtual Information Session gives you a closer look at what the program offers and the opportunities it opens. Faculty will walk you through the curriculum—from foundational coursework in anatomy and physiology to applied classes in performance testing, rehabilitation and wellness coaching.

You’ll also get an overview of our modern laboratory spaces, where students gain practical experience with fitness assessment, motion analysis, VO₂ testing, and other tools used in today’s health and performance fields.

We’ll discuss the many directions you can take with an Exercise Science degree, including:

  • Careers in fitness, strength and conditioning, coaching, and wellness
