Using the DiSC framework, participants will explore their natural leadership tendencies, learn how to adapt their approach to meet the needs of others, and discuss strategies for building stronger, more authentic connections.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Leadership and Management Certificate program for faculty and staff.
