Theater as a Tool for Liberation

Anne Warburton, fibre artist and artist-trained in the expressive arts, will showcase the art series she has been creating, based on the artistic side of timeworn and weathered objects around us, both in nature and manmade.

In this talk I will present some of my long-term feminist art projects, which include The Clothesline (2078-2022), Raya: art crit, chronicles and debates in the visual arts (1991-2016), Archiva: feminist master works of art (2012-2021), Abducter Motherhoods (2012-2019) and I Don’t Celebrate or Commemorate Wars (2008- 2019).
