As we return to campus, the University will continue to require all Adelphi students, faculty, staff and visitors to conduct a COVID-19 health screening every day before entering campus.

Adelphi is committed to safeguarding the members of our community and helping to prevent further spread of the coronavirus to our communities.

In order to enter campus, you must be free of symptoms potentially related to COVID-19, or have been medically cleared by a physician (staff and faculty) or Student Health Services (students). Student Health Services can be reached at healthandwellness@adelphi.edu or 516.877.6000.

For daily health monitoring, the COVID-19 health screening questionnaire is accessible via the AU2GO mobile app. If you haven’t already, please download the AU2GO app and self-screen before arriving on-campus.

If you do not have access to a device, you can also complete the COVID-19 health screening questionnaire via eCampus on a desktop at home and print the result screen, or fill out a paper form at the Public Safety booth on South Avenue or other designated campus entrance, before entering campus.

Your Health Monitoring Checklist

Our Office Student Health Services is available and ready to provide guidance, direction and support if you do not feel well, however, in order to enter campus, you must be free of symptoms potentially related to COVID-19, or have been medically cleared by a physician (staff and faculty) or Student Health Services (students).
