Health, Wellness and Safety
The health, wellness and safety of our students, faculty, staff are our highest priority. In accordance with the University’s Master Plan, all Adelphi students, faculty and staff are expected to follow policies and guidance for:
- Daily health and symptom screening
- Hygiene and handwashing
- Social distancing
- Restrictions on gathering in large groups
- Required masks, face coverings and essential PPE
- Staying home when sick
- Respecting the health, wellbeing and personal experiences of other community members
Daily Health Monitoring Requirements
Anyone coming to campus must complete a COVID-19 Health Screening.
Cleaning and Disinfection Protocols
Our Facilities Management and Housekeeping teams will clean and sanitize campus based on CDC and New York State Department of Health guidelines, as well as Occupational and Environmental Safety Office (OESO) protocols.
Distancing, Hygiene, & Mask Protocols
For the safety of all, social distancing and protective measures such as wearing a protective face mask or covering is required while on any of our campuses.

Student Conduct and Reporting
It's important to follow the policies put in place in order to to keep yourself and the community healthy and safe. You can file a report if someone is now following these guidelines.
Some individuals are considered higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Accommodations for vulnerable population will be made on an individual basis.
