The health, wellness and safety of our students, faculty, staff are our highest priority.

All students, faculty, staff and campus visitors at all Adelphi campus locations are required to follow the University’s health and safety protocols and policies on:

  • Daily health screening
  • Hygiene and handwashing
  • Mask wearing and social distancing
  • Staying home when sick
  • Respecting the health, wellbeing and personal experiences of other community members
  • All established vaccine protocols and requirements

COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

Daily Health Screening

Anyone coming to campus must complete a COVID-19 Health Screening.

Cleaning and Disinfection Protocols

Our Facilities Management and Housekeeping teams will clean and sanitize campus based on CDC and New York State Department of Health guidelines, as well as Occupational and Environmental Safety Office (OESO) protocols.

Personal Safety Practices

Take responsibility for your own health and the protection of others, and to help keep our community safe from the spread of COVID-19.

Vulnerable Populations

Some individuals are considered higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Accommodations for vulnerable populations will be made on an individual basis.

On-Campus Quarantine and Isolation

Because the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing, some individuals might need to abide by quarantine restrictions.
