Writing Assistants work closely with faculty members and also with students within the course. Based on your understanding of the role of a Writing Assistant, what do you imagine might be some of the difficulties in these relationships, and what might you do to try to overcome them?*

How would you approach a 45-minute tutoring session with this student? What would you want to accomplish, and how might you go about it?
