Adelphi’s Giving Day is an exciting one-day fundraising event that takes place each March. Each year, Panthers come together in support of a better Adelphi and a better world.
Know the Basics
As a Giving Day Ambassador, you can help us create the momentum we need to have a successful day.
- Promote the day on social media platforms, in digital communities, and in your network to build anticipation and excitement.
- Encourage others to become ambassadors.
- As a Giving Day Ambassador, we will send you some exclusive swag in advance to show your Panther Pride on Giving Day!
- Motivate participation with the objective of inspiring donations and conversation.
- Promote and monitor matches and challenges that increase overall donations on Giving Day. Reach out to your network and help make each match and challenge a success by maxing donor dollars.
- Thank donors with messages of the impact their gift had on Giving Day.

How do I become a Giving Day Ambassador?
- Submit your interest form.
- Receive your Giving Day Insiders Information Kit (by email) which includes sample messages and graphics for you to use.
- Tap into your networks before, during, and after Giving Day to build public awareness and initiate greater participation.
