This program serves to educate active and interested students in the life of the university and the importance of engagement and volunteerism. Student Alumni Council members will also gain a better understanding of how closely alumni philanthropic efforts positively affect every student and serve as counterparts of the Alumni Relations staff through direct involvement with events, programs, and initiatives.

Joining the Student Alumni Council has since been an amazing journey participating, volunteering and spreading Panther pride on campus. Through the Student Alumni Council, I was able to engage with other alumni at events & the Women’s Leadership Conference. Meeting people, making connections, and learning about their experiences has helped me analyze my own career opportunities. As a proud Panther, I am extremely pleased to have had this opportunity and encourage my fellow Panthers to seize such opportunities.
