Spring 2021 Billing and Aid Updates
Below, please find important information related to financial aid, billing, payment plans, and special circumstance appeals for the upcoming Spring 2021 semester.
Accessing your Bill
You can view your account information by visiting the “My eBill” and “My Billing” sections of CLASS. Tuition, fee, room, and board charges will remain as previously announced for the 2020-21 academic year. You can find this information by visiting our tuition and fees website. We anticipate spring ebills to be released in early December with a due date of January 6, 2021. Federal loan disbursements typically occur just afterwards, on or around February 25, 2021.

Special Payment Plan for Past Due Balances
In light of the economic hardship created by the COVID-19 pandemic for many students and their families, Adelphi University has created a special payment plan for students with balances owed. This special payment plan is being offered to students who have been notified they will not be able to register for Spring 2021 classes unless their balance owed is paid. Eligible students with past due balances may enroll in the payment plan online or by calling the payment plan provider at 877.821.0625.
- Total Number of Payments: 3
- First Installment Due Date: Upon enrollment in the payment plan
- Second and Third Installment Payment Dates: 12/15/20 and 1/15/21, respectively
