Accessing your Bill

You can view your account information by visiting the “My eBill” and “My Billing” sections of CLASS. Tuition, fee, room, and board charges will remain as previously announced for the 2021-22 academic year. You can find this information by visiting our tuition and fees page. We anticipate fall ebills to be released in early December with a due date of January 6, 2022. Federal loan disbursements typically occur just afterwards, on or around February 25, 2022.

Submitting Special Circumstance Appeals

Finalizing Your Financial Aid

Is your financial aid package incomplete or are you missing certain grants and/or loans? You may be missing important documents needed for federal or state processing. Be sure to reach out to and a member of our Student Financial Services team will guide you through the next steps to finalize your financial aid eligibility.

Special Payment Plan for Past Due Balances

In light of the economic hardship created by the COVID-19 pandemic for many students and their families, Adelphi University has created a special payment plan for students with balances owed. This special payment plan is being offered to students who have been notified they will not be able to register for Spring 2022 classes unless their balance owed is paid. Eligible students with past due balances may enroll in the payment plan online or by calling the payment plan provider at 877.821.0625.

  • Total Number of Payments: 3
  • First Installment Due Date: November 15, 2021, or upon enrollment in the payment plan
  • Second and Third Installment Payment Dates: December 15, 2021 and January 15, 2022, respectively

Special Payment Plan for Spring 2022 Tuition Bills

In addition to the traditional 10-month payment plan (offered across May through March for the full academic year), Adelphi University has created a special payment plan to help students manage Spring 2022 tuition and other university charges. Registered students with new Spring 2022 balances and no past due balances may enroll in the payment plan online or by calling the payment plan provider at 877.821.0625. Please note: The option to enroll in this payment plan is anticipated to be available on December 1, 2021.

  • Total Number of Payments: 4
  • Enrollment Fee: $35
  • Minimum Monthly Payment: $500
  • First Installment Due Date: January 15, 2022, or upon enrollment in the payment plan
  • Second, Third, and Fourth Installment Payment Dates: February 15, 2022, March 15, 2022, and April 15, 2022, respectively

Updating Your Cost of Attendance

If you are moving from living at home with family to living on-campus or off-campus (or vice versa) or if your enrollment status has changed between full and part-time status for the Spring 2022 semester, we will adjust your cost of attendance accordingly based on our Estimated Cost of Attendance.
