Introduction
The Levermore Global Scholars Program grooms next-generation leaders by offering its scholars a unique opportunity to learn, reflect, and lead through community service, community projects, internships and scholars’ own initiatives.

Goals
Specific goals of the community activism are to help our scholars:
- to learn about the nature of specific local and global social, economic, political and cultural problems and the reasons for their emergence and persistence;
- to contextualize their academic studies with practical, hands-on experience;
- to develop their leadership skills;
- to establish professional networks
- to further their career goals and development.
