Walk Adelphi Are you taking your 10,000 steps a day? Start walking with Walk Adelphi!

Health experts recommend that everyone 18 and older should reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day. To help the entire campus reach that goal, the Health and Wellness Committee in collaboration with the Division of Student Affairs has inaugurated Walk Adelphi, an ongoing program of group walks around campus.

Take steps to improve your health now!
You can get a free pedometer courtesy of the Health & Wellness Committee while supplies last by visiting the Student Health Center in Waldo Hall.

Make a list of all the excuses you have for not exercising. Slowly find ways to remove each of these from your list.

You have to make YOU and your Wellness a priority!
