Walk Adelphi 2014
Health experts recommend that everyone 18 and older should reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day.
To help the entire campus reach that goal, Campus Recreation in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Committee encourage you to kick off the spring season by walking your way to wellness with the six-week incentive Walk Adelphi Program!
Join with a team to reach the walking goal and be entered to win the grand prize! Plus, earn gifts and chances to win other prizes along the way!
