TypeFocus Assessment

The TypeFocus will help you understand your unique behavior profile, identify areas of strength, and know your personal values. Access TypeFocus Instructions on how to complete the TypeFocus Assessment.

How to Use TypeFocus

1. Go to the TypeFocus website
2. Click the “Register” button and follow the prompts
3. You will create a password for your new account
4. If the site asks you for an access code, use Adelphi2020
5. Once signed in, select the “Step 1: Self-Assessment” option
6. Take the assessments in the order in which they appear (Personality, Interests, Skills, Values, and then Success Factors)
7. You do not have to go on to Steps 2 through 6 right now (you can come back to that at a future date)
8. Once you are done with Step 1, you can print the assessments by selecting “Reports”
