• Proof of degree (i.e. copy of transcript or diploma from an advanced degree or baccalaureate degree program in a human services discipline)
• Current résumé
• Letter of recommendation from a supervisor or colleague who is familiar with your work
• Brief statement about what you hope to gain from this program

Class size will be limited and applicants will not be considered until all materials are received.
