Adelphi University offers three programs to help you finance your education through employer support.

Whether your employer pays upfront, reimburses after course completion, or offers a tuition discount, we’re here to make the process seamless.

Employer Billing

If your employer pays Adelphi University directly (and payment is not contingent on your grades), you can participate in our Employer Billing program. Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit an authorization letter from your employer to the One-Stop Student Services Center at the time of registration.
  2. Pay any remaining tuition and fees not covered by your employer during registration.

This program is available as long as your employer’s payment is not dependent on your course performance.

Employer Deferment

If your employer reimburses you only after you receive your grades, you may qualify for the Employer Deferment program. To participate:

  1. Provide an official letter from your employer specifying the tuition and fees they will cover.
  2. Pay any remaining tuition and fees not covered by your employer at the time of registration.

Check with your employer or union to see if they participate in either the Employer Billing or Employer Deferment programs.

Employer Tuition Discount

Adelphi University offers a discounted tuition rate for employees of select organizations, including:

  • Northwell Health
  • NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island
  • Nassau County

To take advantage of this discount:

  1. Confirm your eligibility with your employer.
  2. Note that this discount cannot be combined with institutional aid.

  • Fall Semester: October 15
  • Spring Semester: March 15
  • Summer Semester: July 18
