If you do, you’ll be eligible to win one of two pairs of tickets to see Lúnasa, a band named “the hottest Irish acoustic group on the planet” by The New York Times.
Lúnasa continues to rack up the awards and accolades. Kevin Crawford who plays flutes and whistles for the band was just named male musician of 2012 by Live Ireland, an Irish internet radio and television source based out of Dublin. They also received “performers of the decade” designation by the same outlet back in 2010.
Having sold out shows throughout North America, the UK, Europe and Japan, Lúnasa’s performance at the AUPAC will mark their Long Island debut which coincides with the release of their CD recorded with the RTE Orchestra.
