Dr. Peter I. Chernack is the faculty director of the Center for Nonprofit Leadership at Adelphi University where he also serves as Associate Dean in the School of Social Work.
Peter I. Chernack, D.S.W., is the faculty director of the Center for Nonprofit Leadership at Adelphi University where he also serves as Associate Dean in the School of Social Work.
Dr. Chernack teaches graduate courses in social policy, organizational management and leadership. His background in gerontology, health care, mental health, and social work education inform his interests and scholarship in nonprofit leadership development, service delivery, workforce development, geriatric mental health, and social work field education.
