Various Help Desk contact methods are now accessible on Moodle.
At the February 12, 2104, meeting of the Senate Committee on Academic and Information Technology (SCAIT), faculty members approved the addition of a “Tech Support” block to Moodle courses. The purpose of the addition is to ensure Help Desk technology support is easily available in case an issue occurs when a user is in Moodle.
This Tech Support block, which appears in the lower left corner, is accessible on all courses and features the following information:
