Director of Athletics Danny McCabe Appointed to ECAC Board of Directors

Adelphi Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation Danny McCabe has been appointed to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) board of directors. Mr. McCabe was named to his current position at Adelphi in June 2013 after spending eight years at Hofstra University, most recently as executive associate athletic director.

“Danny McCabe’s experience will add great depth and breadth to the board,” Kevin McGinniss, commissioner of the ECAC, said when announcing the appointment. “Throughout his career he has been committed to the student-athlete experience and community engagement. We are thrilled to have Danny join us in this key role for our organization and represent the Northeast-10 Conference, and we thank him for his service.”
