Which is more important, making money or loving what you do?
Hand’s down, loving what you do! Having passion in what you do is everything in life.

How much of your day do you spend on social media and what is your favorite platform?
At minimum five hours—InstagramVINE and Facebook. The music industry revolves around this.

What is the most important business trend of the decade?
Any and all forms of social media.

What makes a résumé stand out?
Seeing that someone has had longevity within in a company. Bouncing around from job to job doesn’t always show security and dedication.

What turns you off from a résumé
When the information listed is very old along with not being relevant to the job position.

What is the best way to pass time on a long commute?
Working, listening to music, watching movies, catching up with family/friends via email, phone or Skype.
