This summer, Adelphi University will offer 300+ college-level courses in a variety of online, hybrid and in-person formats. Summer at Adelphi is an opportunity to help students get ahead, catch up and learn new skills.

Summer registration began March 21 for continuing Adelphi students (undergraduate and graduate), and will open on April 4 for visiting, transfer, and high school students.

Courses will be offered in two sessions during the summer months, from May 26 to July 1 and July 6 to August 9. Students looking for alternative dates can explore special sessions and condensed courses that will run at various times spanning May through August.

“Adelphi continues to help students move ahead, catch up, and stay on track academically via summer coursework,” said Meghan Buckley, PhD, director of summer and intersession programming at Adelphi. “During summer 2022, you can explore a wide variety of courses and certificates—from precalculus to computer programming to creative writing—all with modalities that fit your schedule.”

As a special incentive, visiting college students who enroll in summer courses and then transfer to Adelphi for their undergraduate or graduate degree the following fall will have their summer tuition credited on their fall semester bill. In addition, high school students can register for a number of 100-200 level summer courses at a reduced rate through Adelphi’s College Credit Advantage Program.

The University also plans to host its signature summer pre-college programs for high school students this year in person.
