Presented to 12 exceptional high school students for outstanding public service and volunteer leadership as well as academic excellence.

Adelphi University honored 12 exceptional high school students from Garden City at the University’s annual Prize for Leadership ceremony. The Prize for Leadership recognizes high school students who reside in Garden City for their outstanding public service and volunteer leadership as well as academic excellence.

A reception was held in their honor in the Center for Recreation and Sports in the Campbell Lounge, where they each were presented with a $1,000 stipend, six university credits of their choice, and a commemorative clock.
