Who Can Use This Service
Faculty and staff with an active Adelphi University account are eligible. Access begins when you are invited or shared to a Smartsheet asset.
Note: New users are added as Provisional Members initially. If continued access or additional functionality is needed, conversion to a fully licensed member will be required—which may incur a cost to the user’s department. Departments should plan accordingly when requesting access for team members.

Support
Training and support are available for individuals and departments looking to adopt Smartsheet for project management, workflow tracking, and collaboration.
Schedule a personalized session with a Smartsheet expert through the Pro Desk for hands-on coaching and design support.
To schedule:
- Log into the Smartsheet Support Portal
- Click the Pro Desk tab
- Select Schedule New Appointment, choose your topic, and confirm your time zone
- Add a brief description of what you’d like to cover
Use the Smartsheet Support Portal for AI-powered answers and access to a full knowledge base. Just type in your question (e.g., “How can I archive data from one sheet to another?”) to receive a detailed response and helpful resources.

Important Usage Note
Smartsheet accounts inactive for 90 days are automatically downgraded to View-only access to manage license availability. To restore access, contact the IT Help Desk.
