Maintenance Repair Requests
Submit a maintenance repair request on campus using AU2GO.
You can submit repair requests to Facilities through AU2GO for various maintenance repairs on campus. Categories covered are:
- Air Conditioning
- General Campus Repair
How-To Submit a Maintenance Repair Request on AU2GO
- If you don’t already have the app, download AU2GO.
- Select eCampus in AU2GO, select Maintenance Repair and then fill out the fields with all appropriate information.
- AU2GO allows you to specify one of the categories listed above, the location on campus (room number included if applicable) and description of the problem. You may also include a picture to better describe any problem.
- A work order will be created for your request where you will be able to track the progress of your request.
