Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Support Program
Adelphi provides subsidized emergency childcare and eldercare through Bright Horizons.

Bright Horizons’ early education and child care centers, back-up child and elder care, and workforce education programs help employees succeed at each life and career state.
Services
Take advantage of a wide range of services offered to you:
- Back-Up Care: Up to 10 back-up care uses per employee annually for back-up child-care at a center, in-home or school-age camps and backup elder care in-home. $6 per hour for in-home care.
- Childcare: $15 per child copay ($25 for family) for center care. Bright Horizons will send an in-home caregiver who is either directly employed or exclusively contracted, through an agency, with Bright Horizons for up to 10 hours per day or a child can be placed in any eligible Bright Horizons center or Bright Horizons network partner center.
- Elder Care: $6 per hour for in-home care, Bright Horizons will send an elder caregiver to the home of an elderly parent or family member anywhere within the United States as long as the recipient is within Bright Horizons network of licensed and contracted agencies
- Camp: Bright Horizons’ Steve and Kate’s Camps provides in person and virtual camps to answer to larger gaps in regular care
- Virtual Tutoring: Virtual tutoring on a comprehensive array of subjects, kindergarten through college
- Marketplace of Resources: Online marketplace of resources with discounts, including membership to sittercity
- College Coaching: College Coach for employees with high-school aged children (personalized help with admissions, essays, financing)
- Elder Care Referral Services: Targeted elder care support (referrals to expert providers, financial guidance and legal assistance, needs assessments)
